Redesign, redefine RHA system

Did anyone read Dr. Decter’s…. ‘Letter to the Editor’ in today’s ‘Saturday 19/07’ paper? If you have read his previous letters you will have the gist of his concern, he has not just questioned the appropriateness and efficiency of the current RHA’s but has, in his latest letter, offered some viable solutions. I would encourage all and sundry to read it.
