I'm looking for suggestions of a personal trainer who specializes in working with seniors. I would need someone who is able to go to my moms place to train her as she doesn't drive. Any suggestions?

Try contacting one of the private home care providers, such as Daughter on Call. They can probably point you in the right direction. We've been going through this with my grandmother, from everything from housekeeping to hairdressers, and the home care company always seems to know who to call if they don't have someone already.

Anchored Physiotherapy does mobile visits. This service is also covered by third party insurers if they have Physiotherapy coverage (ex: Blue Cross). Direct billing is also available. An individualized program could be set up for your loved one and regularly scheduled visits could be arranged. Or have the program set up and transferred to someone else to administer with training from the Physio. The Physio could just reassess as needed or requested and make changes to the exercise program when appropriate.
