I would have hoped you called Health Links at least... they are always there for those kinds of questions. Bleeding under the eyes, I honestly can't say I've ever heard of that before.. maybe breaking blood vessels there, but not actually bleeding. I'd probably stop putting drops into your eyes for itchiness, it might not be what you think the problem is and i'd see a doctor as soon as possible.
