I apologize if I offended you. That wasn't my intention or to accuse you specifically of trying to skirt the rules. My statements were meant in the general sense, as people often see the answers to these types of questions as "permission" to skirt the rules.
We are in a serious situation here in Manitoba, and as a general rule, if you're not sure what the answer should be, the best answer is to not do it. The spirit of the law is as important, if not more important, than the letter of the law at this point.
