Our radon tester is showing a high level. Has anyone had a device installed to lower the level? Who would you recommend? About what was the cost? Any help would be appreciated.

We also had high Radon readings in our home. We were able to lower the readings somewhat by running our air exchanger. In order to lower further, we will need to install a Radon fan, etc.

Can you buy a radon tester at any store?

I thought instead of buying a test kit I bought a Home Radon Detector, Elifecity Portable Radon Meter, Long and Short Term Home Radon monitor battery powered. It was $149.99 on Amazon - cheapest place I could find. It can be moved from room to room and it tells you within a day and you don't have to send it away to get the results.
