In Manitoba as a whole, the province is today reporting 292 new cases of COVID-19 and a five day test positivity rate of 12.3% in Manitoba. Though the rate remains among the highest of the pandemic, this is the seventh consecutive day of a slight drop in that five day average.
Vaccine data shows that 64.8% of the adult population or 60.9% of the population age 12 and over now having received at least one vaccine shot. Prairie Mountain Health is showing as having a vaccine uptake rate of 59.5%, the Brandon district being at 67.1%. Note that this Brandon number is the percentage of adults age 18+… from what I can tell we aren’t broken out into age 12+ yet.
