Acupressure Mats

I am interested in knowing your thoughts on acupressure mats as to if you have benefited from using one and which brand you have. I am pondering a mylotusmat. How long have you been using your mat? How many minutes per day do you use it? Do you have the acupressure pillow? Thanks for your opinion.
