Just wondering if there is anyone out there willing to share their journey with parosmia (distortion of smell) due to Covid or otherwise.
How long it lasted
Trigger foods/smells
Safe foods/drinks/smells
It’s only been a couple days since my smell came back (had completed lost it) and it’s very difficult to function right now
