I feel you. I do high cardio exercise and eat well, and not too much. Yet I still have a spare tire. My clothes don't fit right and my belly is in the way when I stretch or bend over! I am going to try keto with intermittent fasting (two decent meals a day and no food between supper and lunch the next day) and I just started yesterday. It has worked for me in the past and I got used to it quite easily....but it is tough to give up certain things. I stopped once I got my weight down, but it crept back on over the course of the year. It seems that once you are at a certain age you have to make a choice between treats, or a flatter belly. Anyway, I will report back if it works for me this time. I am also going to try more walking. A few years ago I couldn't drive and had to walk everywhere for about 3 months. Even though I had already been doing a lot of cardio type exercise, that extra walking seemed to really help.
