I haven't done a lot of shopping around but have been going to natures own therapy on 10th for about 6 years. I would recommend either asking for the owner Jody or Melissa as they both can provide higher pressure/intensity treatments but if that is not something you are looking for then perhaps someone else can offer you suggestions more in line with what you require.
Edit: I also don't have OA so maybe someone who does can offer recommendations based on their experience
