I am asking this with a risk of getting a list of everyone who does this in & around Brandon. I know everyone has favorites, friends, enemies, etc.  
 
What I'm looking for in a registered massage therapist would be one who would be able to help me work out tension that is based in deep grief. I do not want to go to someone with a light touch (did that & it changed nothing), or works at you so hard that it feels like they want to put you in the hospital, if not in the ground. I also am not wanting to go to an osteopath or do accupuncture. I don't want to go to a trendy "spiritual healer" either... just a plain old registered massage therapist.  
 
I want firm work, because I feel that that is what my body needs to let stress go, and I want someone with years of experience. If they specialize in grief work, even better.  
 
I am open to considering registered massage therapists even outside of Brandon.
