Reconstructive sugary Manitoba health......

Hi everyone, OK so I'm in a bit of a bundle here and not sure what i should do. I have had a rhinoplasty done in 2001 by a ear, nose, and throat specialist in Brandon that had left his practice about 2 months after it was done. So anyways Because of the surgery which was done to fix my sinus issues and a broken bone. I ended up having more problems in the end. I now have what is called a saddle nose deformity, because during the surgery i had to much cartridge taken out and now my nose had deviated and looks sunk in after the bridge. I have had tons more problems after the surgery then before and in order to fix it now I need reconstructive surgery by a plastic surgeon. Whom i was told by that Manitoba medical will not pay for it as it is not medically necessary but I feel because of a Dr's careless mistakes i should not be responsible to fix it. Now in order for me to have my nose back to normal I have to pay almost 6,000$$$??? I feel that because the deformity was cause by a physician in previous surgary then Manitoba medical should pay most if not some? Or maybe i can sue the Dr if he is ever found for my medical expenses? what do you think i should do so I can have this deformity fixed. My insurance coverage also will not pay for it.
