This cold is driving me crazy!!!

I have had a cold on and off for 3 weeks now and it isnt getting any better i dont know what to do anymore! I took myself and my 2 kids to the walk in just to hear its all virual and it should be gone in 72 hours its way past that now and everyone seems to be getting worse i am on Cold meds that do nothing my daughter and son are on nothing but Mortin oh my daughter has a antibiotic cream for her eyes cause she has some weird eye infection that is going around.. her cough has never got better either i am at my ropes end! anyone else had this cold and got over it? Am open to any suggestions this is awful!
