Weight loss/management groups

Aside from Weight Watchers, Herbal Magic, LA weight loss and that U clinic, are there any other support groups for weight loss or weight management in Brandon? Like Tops, or Counterweight? I'm interested in the weigh in accountability part, not so much the diet or program the group follows. Any help is appreciated!
