I recently bought myself a pair of Urban or Nordic Walking Poles. I think they are great and very beneficial for me as they help me walk straighter (so less back pain) and help with knee problems. I took them to a weight loss group last night and there was interest shown in them. I ordered mine through the internet and I will admit that they were not cheap. I am wondering if there is anywhere in Brandon where they are available, not necessarily the brand name, but walking poles in general.
