I have never seen a Chiroprator. I have heard once you go, you will always go, so I am a bit afraid, although at the same time I think that's a bit of a myth.  
 
I just get so many mixed messages about Chiropractors.  
 
Can anyone share some insight on this and their experiences with Chiropractors?  
 
I really need to get this sciatic thing under control and I am wondering if massage therapy is a band-aid fix or whether a chiro may be better for me.  
 
Massage is so nice, but my problem seems to crop up a few months later once again and it can get expensive.
