My Wife phoned Fabutan today to make an appointment for tonight,she was surprised when the girl answered the phone by another business name.  
 
The lady said that fabutan had been sold,and they will honor all memberships and minutes that you had.  
The strange part is that no one informed her that the bussiness had been sold and /or changed hands.which in itself is not a big deal,but fabutan just took the funds out of her bank account when it was due.(like the cable company does .)  
 
My question is,does the old owner or Babutan have the right to pass on your personal bank info to another owner ?  
 
Even the girl that worked there didn't know it had been sold until she went to work and the locks were changed..
