Wisdom teeth

Well I have one that is really bothering me for months, before the x-ray had showed it was growing in sideways but never got it out.
Now I have swollen lymph nodes in jaw, sore throat, ear and neck pain. Also have a dentist appointment so anyone else have a similar experience and what was the outcome? I know for sure it is my wisdom tooth.
