do not know. I received a link ( http://www.optimalstretch.ca/ ) from someone but this couple provinces away.
This isn't a massage I watched a video and they really stretch your body as if they are ripping off your limb from your body.

at 640 Rosser Ave. 727-2800. They have a ton of super therapists there not just acupuncture.

Yoga be a similar way to get the same benefit. Unless you are treating a muscle injury. I' m sure a physiotherapist would be able to do that. But l must say thanks l learned something new today.

i looked at a video fascial stretch the person helps the stretch a bit more beyond you could be able to do in a yoga pose. I do not see being quite the same

I know 2 places that offer Myofascial Release (I've done it - it is just intense stretching)

i look at videos and pictures the fascial stretch therapy is not myofascial release. Both different techniques.
