I agree. You need to find the trigger. Whether it's quick movement, smells, food, or what have you. Once you find that trigger, avoid it lol. I have been lucky enough to find my trigger and I don't get nearly the amount of migraines as I used to. I will admit I still get the occasional migraine and I haven't been able to determine what set them off. But they were nasty, full blown puking, go into emerg migraines.
