Or depending how was your diet plan before but if is too much just take away 1 or 2 items of bad food off your diet list and gradually take off more items so it is not a shook take away your habit eating.
I am not a fan of medications, medications are drug and may causes other effects in your body after long period unless there is a natural herb , that I may trust more but I am not an expert in herb stuff. " |

I read that the OP was asking about Meditation, not medication.
I find with healthy eating and fitness goals, having a boot camp buddy or friend that's on the same page as you with similar goals helps keep the accountability each and every day or week.
I can't speak for any meditation type assistance, but maybe someone will chime in. Good luck!
