Anyone can buy WW products from the meeting rooms (these products are not available in any stores)
Meetings @ the Colonial Inn are:
Tuesday's @ 10:15 am & 5:15 pm
Wednesday's @ 7:00 pm
Meetings @ Grand Valley Church
Saturday's @ 9:00 am

There are some WW products in Superstore, Sobey's, Co-op

Walmart used to have some single serve size frozen meals in their freezer section. Haven't bought any for some time so not sure if they still carry them.

what is Beyond the Scale like? Do you have to point out vegetables and fruits on this latest program? I would like some insite before joining.
