foot cramps

just wondering if anybody has any suggestions on a good way to get rid of foot cramp
im in my 30's diabetic and i got the beginning of foot ulcers--i generally get really bad feet cramps about three times a week most of my time spent at work is standing the best shoe i found so far to help my feet from hurting is crocs-doctors say i shoud get custom orthodics for a good pair of shoes but i cant afford that right now still saving up just wondering if anybody else has this kindo problem and what u may have done to solve the pain of the cramps they hurts so bad tonight its making me wnna throw up
