Using a hot wash cloth compress but,

Just wondering if one of those microwavable bags would be ok to use feedback please

don't heat it as long, if its a small bag try 30 seconds and go up if needed. I have a small eye bag from the Optometrist and it is wonderful, just watch the heat, you don't want to damage the delicate skin around the eye.

Yes, agree with the above post. Also, massage along the eye lashes after you have applied the heat.

My optometrists also said to get eye wipes. It feels like there is soap in it but it doesn't hurt your eyes.. Your eyes feel real clean after.

my doctor told me this decades ago - and it still works for me - he told me to pluck the eyelash that was growing out of the inflamed spot - not all of them, but some, just to relieve the pressure - it could just be an ingrown eyelash. Works like a charm.

Bausch and Lomb Thera Pearl eye mask is the ticket. I've used all of the above and this holds heat the longest, is the most convenient to warm up and doesn't leave you with a wet face.
