Are you looking to build mass or live healthier?

I am not a gym freak by any means, and i am sure there hundreds of MASS building protein shakes out there. Although not a gym freak i still maintain a (what i consider) athletic body. the majority of my fitness come from work. I like many men have been in the construction industry most of my life. I pride myself in being very powerful and able to hold my own. I have worked along side juice monkeys, gym freaks and everything in between. being a smaller built man i DO get very competitive when it comes to physical labor. (seldom being shown up). on that, most gym freaks i have worked with can no doubt out lift me.......... dead weight one motion, short periods, yet seem to wear out very quickly. my suggestion would be to start with your diet, this alone can transform your body, your body produces "rolls" due to access fats/sugars. if you eliminate unhealthy eating habits you WILL eliminate "rolls". all this being said i cant advise you in a MASS building protein shake, but i would advise you to start with a healthy diet and i have found non to be as effective as Arbonne"s 30 day to healthy living program. whether its weight loss/gain your looking for it all starts with diet, and Arbonne's protein shakes, pre/post/energy/hydration drinks are the BOMB!!!!
