Sore feet

I also deal with sore feet. Some of the reasons mine have hurt include planter fasciitis (the arch of your foot feels like it's on fire when you first put weight on your feet in the morning), lack of support (I need special orthotics to support my very high arches), poor footwear (too narrow can be very painful), standing on a hard surface barefoot (or sometimes even with shoes on), and the list goes on.
I would echo the recommendation to see a podiatrist. They specialize in feet and can get orthotics made that will properly support your feet functionally, if that is part of the problem.
Also possible: a broken bone. The feet have a lot of bones, and it is easier than you think to break some of them. If you haven't already, push for x-rays to rule that out.
If a podiatrist doesn't think you need orthotics, I would pursue physiotherapy. If you don't have insurance and can't afford it out of pocket, see if your doctor can prescribe it, I think (although I could be wrong) that you can get PT through the hospital, but it can be a very long wait.
Most of all, don't take 'I cant see what the problem is' as a final answer. If your feet hurt, your feet hurt. Hard to feel good anywhere else if your foundation hurts.
