    Hello, this is a long shot, but I am looking for reccommendations on coaches to use for a competition prep for bikini. I have a few in mind but I am looking for someone more affordable then the typical teams.

    If you have enough motivation and self control I highly recommend Alex Gilmore out of Winnipeg. Her online training is killer. Prices are reasonable. Check out her Instagram page. Www.totalpackagefitness.com

    your competition? I could recommend some that are not in Brandon and do online training.
