Working in Brandon: How to get forward...

Hi
Does anyone know any skilled foreigners who would have been able to get a job offer from a Canadian employer in Brandon? Or does anyone know any employers that are willing to go through the labour market opinion process with Service Canada (not Maple Leaf)? And one more question, are there other people in Brandon who are originally from Scandinavia? I would be extremely thankful of all advice. =)
