WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION !!!!!!!!!

Now construction season has approached us,i have noticed more and more women are getting more involved in construction .Whether that is driving a truck,shovelling gravel,asphalt,flag girl or opearting a back hoe.
All I have to say to these women is *RIGHT ON* thumbs up !!!
You`re doing a great job.
Everytime I see a woman behind a truck,shovel,back hoe,I have to smile and say YOU GO GIRL !!!
My sister was in construction back in Ontario,that was until she went back to college and finished her Law degree,but still she tells me and reminds me how she loved being * one of the guys*
