Thank You City Council!!  
I just had two days off, and I had a permenant smile for two days. The By-laws have been dealt with. WoooHooo!!!  
I have to admit, I was a getting a little tired of the headaches and stress that darn proposal of the new by-law was giving me. I had to hear about it daily.  
Now we can all get back to business.  
 
but I am just betting that the losing team won't take long before they start throwing another tantrum and new brainwave ideas at the city and its council wasting more tax payer dollars and resources in an attempt to shore up thier own inability to compete in an open market.
