Looking for a house flipper, we have been trying to sell our house now for several months with no luck. I have heard about "house flippers" and was wondering if there was anything like that in the Brandon area. There is in Winnipeg but they don't go outside of the City. Any help would be most appreciated. We are listed with a Real Estate Agent.

Are you looking to sell the house to a flipper or have that person flip the house and then you try and sell it afterwards?

Hello, I am not sure if you got my answer or not, I was in the middle of sending it when Adam switched this to another discussion group. Anyways I was saying that we have had our house up for sale since Sep with no luck, this is through a Real Estate Agent. So I was hoping that just maybe someone would like to purchase it from us and do the necessary renovations and then re-sell it. We have done quite a bit of renovations ourselves but could not afford to do everything. We did the siding, windows, doors, flooring, carpeting(which some people don't like)but carpeting is my preference, can't stand getting out of bed onto cold flooring or slippery scatter rugs, good way to break a hip. We also put on an addition, it was making a room out of the breezeway, this added 400 sq ft to the size of the house. What still needs to be done is the 2 bathrooms modernized, the rec room and the rest of the basement and the deck. If you are interested or know someone who is please e-mail me back, we are getting desperate, I cannot do stairs anymore due to arthritis and we have found a house that will do lovely in Carberry but need to sell this house first in order to get our mortage.
