Help needed - Leopard problem
9/5/2009 at 12:58 AM
I have a dual boot set up on my macbook. I booted up in Windows and later shut down the computer. Upon turning on my macbook again I could only boot into Windows. I tried holding the 'option key' to bring up the choice to boot into windows or Leopard but the computer boots up into Windows automatically. I tried other keys too (pressing 'x' etc..). In desperation I hooked up the hard drive to a PC and deleted the windows folder. Now the macbook tries to load Windows and I get an error. I can't seem to get back into Leopard. I bought the Snow Leopard upgrade today but I cannot boot from disc either. Also, I am visiting from out of province so I don't have my original Operating System discs. Does anyone have advice on what to do? I'd like to be able to get back into Leopard.
Thanks.
