I am out of town. How much rain did Brandon get tonight?

Decent little shot when you add it to what we got on Friday.  
Unofficially tonight, 8.6mm in the South end and 6.6mm in West End

Adam, does your rain gauge still show up on this site?

Good downfall started about supper and has continued. Still raining you can hear it hitting the windows.  
 
have no idea how much. but must add up.

According to my rain gauge, we've had 2.5 inches of rain since Friday morning, with the bulk falling overnight and into this morning. Friday was about 1/2", and last evening's thunderstorm was also about 1/2" up until about 8 p.m. I'm in Riverheights.

Hmmm..... 2.5 inches?? I too live in River Heights area and received 6 mm on Friday and about 12 all day yesterday for a total of 18 mm which is not even 1 inch .

Posted a bit of an update.  
Between the two rain gauges I have setup inn South and West ends I have an average of 10mm today which would have us at around 30mm when you add it to what EC officially recorded on Friday and Sat. Interesting to see what individual gauges have picked up, just never know where you get a little more than other areas! No matter how you slice it, more rain in 3 days than the prev 3 months!

Does the amounts of rainfall show up on here like it did on your old page?

Yeah, I was surprised too, but I actually have 2 rain gauges in different areas and they both agree (one I dumped a couple of times, but their overall totals are within 2 mm of each other).  
 
My yard also suggests it was accurate. I still have standing water under the kids' swings, which only happens when the ground is sufficiently saturated. I'm east of Fotheringham near Rosser, so maybe different areas got a few different dumps?  
 
I remember it was more or less this date back in 2006 (it was the day of the Y run, which today also was) there was a huge hail storm. It was restricted to a relatively small area - we lived up on Regent Cres west of Fotheringham backing onto Victoria back then, and as close as 34 & Vic there was no hail. But our car got $6k worth of hail damage to it, the adjuster said it was just under the limit to be written off!! It smashed all kinds of stuff in our yard too - I have the pictures to prove it!
