Snowfall: last winter vs. this winter

I'm curious if anyone has a link (or otherwise access) to info on how much snow fell in Brandon/Westman last winter.
As I remember it, it was barely snowshoe-able.. which would put it around 1 foot.
Even though we haven't had a big dumping this year, all of these 3-4 cms are really started to add up to the point where we have to be close to last year already?
