Live Brandon webcam image added to Weather page

Folks browsing the weather page will notice that a new experimental feature has been added this morning... a live camera image from the North Hill looking South toward the city.
We've had camera images on the weather page in the past but none capable of producing pictures at this high of a resolution and none at quite as perfect of a location. The image, which is updated ever 60 seconds, can be looked at in the centre column of the weather page for things like:
-getting a view of the sky over much of the city for a general look on what it's like in Brandon right now
-to monitor approaching or developing storms (goes well with the radar image on the same page as well as the live rain gauge info)
-seeing what traffic is like on 18th St
-getting an idea of how busy the Corral Centre is below
-monitoring the state of the Assiniboine River during "high water" times
You can click on the image any time to view an even larger version. You will notice that there are also links that let you view a progression of shots over the past hour as well as compare shots taken over each of the past 24 hours. One more link gives opportunity to compare pictures taken at the same hour over the past seven days.
As with anything new and experimental, don't be surprised if there is the odd early kink to work out. The main thing I’d like to tweak is the quality of night time images, which are still pretty grainy and not quite as useful as daylight ones.
If all goes well, over time an archive of pictures will be automatically built. As that archive gets bigger there’ll be a few more fun things that can be done.
A big thanks to the folks at Grand Valley Community Church who were super cooperative and helpful as part of putting everything together.
