With padi and take the elearning open water course. You will pick a dive shop. Then print off that paperwork once you are done and either take it to a dive shop in Winnipeg or down south with you (if you want to do a warm water certification). You will do some pool sessions then do 4 open water dives then you are certified. If you have anymore questions please feel free to message me.
