BellMTS is the way to go.

We have had BellMTS service for as long as I can remember and coming from someone in the tech industry it is great. We have the Fibe 100 Internet which is Up to 100 Mbps Download and Up to 10 upload and most of the time I get 93-96 down and 15 up on my devices hard wired which is perfectly fine as NO ISP will beable to guarentee exactly the plan speeds all the time due to many factors that cause loss if a few Mbps. The TV service is Great good Picture and good channel selection. The Built in router on the new Home Hub 3000 is good for a built in WiFi but if you have a larger home I recommend getting your own router from Best Buy or staples. BellMTS offers bundles with your Bell phone and AAA Alarms. Since Bell took over MTS my service has improved dramatically and will only get better. As far as customer service I cant speak for that because I never have to call them my internet and Tv hardly ever goes down and if it does i have the common sense to reboot my stuff and it fixes it 99.9% of the time. Only Times Ive called was when my set top box died after a lightning storm and to upgrade my internet to the newest plan in our area. Have nothing but good things to say. I havent had westman and cant speak for them but really at the end of the day they both have similar or identical pricing with from what ive seen westman being slightly more expensive and the product being pretty much identical for internet. The only thing I have heard is the BellMTS TV is easier to navigate than the westman Tivo system. I recommend BellMTS because I think their deeper pockets will push the latest and greatest out faster as well as their bundles are better. But if you go with westman its not like it is going to be dramatically different as in this day and age its all basically the same and its just who has the fancier equipment.
