Personally instead of a store when you can do practically all things online or by phone, seems a waste of money. Just have a smaller one: don't need a bunch of flash.
I would rather see them spend the money on lowing the fees on services instead.
The 15 people employed are probably the same ones that were employed before as they shut down the other areas. So no new jobs created.
Just a nice rent for the shoppers mall: which needs to focus on things to shop for. It is not like you drop into a cellphone store all the time.
Personally I hardly go there unless I need some indoor exercise and walk around for that. Nothing much catches my eye to stop at.
