Bluetooth Mandatory? $500 fines What!! new law to ban cell phone use in cars good/bad?

What is the communities take on the by-law that may be coming up on us to use Bluetooth Kits in our vehicles when using a cellphone.
This by-law will ban all cellphone use while driving ( that means no texting and driving or checking your address book ) not to mention making calls of course.
How does the Business community feel about this, From a Business perspective I am on my phone allot, and need to be when I am in my car esspecially.
I think this will affect allot of people in westman.
