hi i recently had gotten a cellphone two months ago.  
 
and having issues screen no light up and it frezzes i thentook it to the dealer.  
 
not saying names it is a mts one.  
 
so the woman said you have to pay. 35.00 to get loaner or to even use your own harder .  
 
then ten dollars to send the phone off.  
 
then another 35 to program it again after.  
 
im like whoa what a ripp off.  
 
 
i think repair and all should be free.  
 
then the woman refused my service.  
 
been booted out of that mts location couple times.  
 
 
so becareful when you have a wireless phone if problems come along.  
 
then i went to buy a pay as you go then i still had to pay for programing then the phone to be sent off .  
 
 
still cant not win.  
 
you think motorola be a good phone.
