When will Rogers 3G arrive in Brandon?

I've been waiting for this for two and a half years now. Throughout Canada, 3G service expansion has been taking place (HSDPA), which includes clearer voice (which I can't tell at all) in calls, high speed data for phones, PDAs and data cards (that are compatible with the service) and the ability to make a call and browse data at the same time over the network (just try this on your phone right now with Rogers in Brandon). When do you think 3G will finally arrive in Brandon?
I wonder when Brandon will finally see 3G service. Why? Communities the size of Brandon already have 3G service throughout Canada, such as Lethbridge, and rumours that Prince Albert and other communities have it: (coverage map here.. but large 8mb download PDF:

I think Brandon won't see 3G service until 2010/2011, but that's optimistic. I'm just getting tired of the slow EDGE speeds, lately the EDGE data service in Brandon has been
TERRIBLE, with getting speeds around 50-100kbps on average (versus 1500kbps on 3G).
I've contemplated switching my 6GB data plan with Rogers to a 500mb plan, because I can barely use any data in Brandon, the most I have ever used in Brandon in one month was 600MB, and I was trying to see how far my phone could go.
