Rogers Service in Brandon

I am considering switching from MTS to Rogers, mostly for the waaaaay better phone selection. However, I have heard that Rogers has some serious service issues in Brandon. I have heard of people standing outside downtown and not having any service. I am going to be pretty dependent on my phone in the future and do not want to have to worry about having service in the city. What do you think of Rogers Service in Brandon (both good and bad)?
