so we had to bring one of our cell phones back to the provider because it is not working properly (had it for less than a year).they need to send it away to get fixed (understandable). then they proceed to charge my girlfriend $40 for a loaner while the phone that is under warranty is sent away to be fixed????  
am i wrong to think WTF??? something doesn't seem right there?  
i phoned them back when i found out and was NOT in a very good mood when i talked to the girl on the other end.  
i told her i thought that was insane to be charged and demanded my money back ! of course she can do nothing, as i would have to speak to the manager on monday.  
i said i don't even need a loaner phone with that kind of charge, and that i could just bring down one of my old phones and have that activated. THAT, she tells me will also cost me $35 to have it activated????? i am missing something here???  
do they invent a new way to screw the customer over everyday????
