Blackberry e-mail outage?

Going by the link below, an outage in Blackberry's e-mail system effected customers continent-wide beginning early this morning.

The trouble appeared to be limited to RIM's consumer-oriented Internet service, and did not affect corporate users who send messages through a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
"Phone services, browsing and PIN-to-PIN messaging are not impacted," a RIM spokesperson told The Toronto Star.
All sounds like it's fixed now. They mention many carriers including Rogers in Canada... Was anyone effected locally with Rogers or MTS?
