Cell Phones in Cars

As of tomorrow, texting or talking on a cell (without a hands-free device) will be illegal in Manitoba. It's reported there will be a 60 day grace period during which mostly warnings will be given, but everyone should start getting used to putting the phones down in the car.
It doesn't matter whether or not we agree with this, it's the new law, and a ticket just won't be worth it. On that note, does anyone know how much the fine will be?
