Software upgrade question

hey guys. just a quick question to anyone that knows, i have a blackberry curve 8330, with a OS of 4.0 , im trying to upgrade to OS 5.0 but everytime i go on my cell and click check for upgrades it says theres none, and when i go on blackberry.com to install the upgrade it says theres none. Anyone else having this issue or am i the only one? and what can i do about it?
