So Much for cell phone laws!!!!!!!!

so today was driving along 18th street by the coral center and a cop drives past me on his damn cell phone. what gives!! next time i get pulled over for a cell phone related ticket. I will argue until i get off of the ticket cause of me seeing a cop on his cell phone.
