Crappy selection of cell phones available in Brandon with Virgin Wireless

Does anyone know of any better cell phones available than the LG BLISS in Brandon? My wife and I are trying to upgrade to a better phone, possibly something with touch screen. I've been trying to find out more information as to when Virgin is gonna upgrade their network in this area..... can't find anything out there pertaining to it......
