I need some help from someone who knows the ins and out of an older model Nokia phone.  
 
About 3 weeks ago a new icon showed up on my phone. Since then I can not use the phone unless it on speaker phone. If you were to call me my phone would answer but all I would hear is dead air and the same for you.  
 
This icon appears to be a set of headphones. I do not have headphones plugged in and can not find where to change this setting. I have tried to reset to manufactures settings and that does not work. I have spent a large amount of time searching the 117 page user guide trying to figure this out. I can not even find any reference to this particular icon.  
 
Please. If you have any suggestions I would be ever so grateful!!!
