What's the best bluetooth hands-free kit?

I am considering a hands-free kit for my vehicle that doesn't come with factory blue-tooth. I am leaning towards a visor mount hands-free because I hate the ear piece and was wondering what is the best choice. I am aware of Blackberry, Blue Ant and Motorola but I am looking for direction as to which is the best. Any other solutions would be welcomed.
